Old-World Kite

-- The Old-World series was designed by the Blackhawk Foundry as a series of modifiable multi-role ships. The Kite was a long range scout, but large enough to be classified as a small corvette. The iconic Old-World bird shaped hulls started with the Kite's recognizable form. The insides of the wings house modifable areas to fit any role the ship needs to. The ship boasts a fast acceleration and turn rate, but does not decelerate as well.


::DESIGN DOCUMENTS::
- The Kite does not have a conveyor system, but all rectors are within reach, as are all engines. Repairs can be made interally.
- There is one gravity generator in the main body which affects the entire ship. It can be turned off for power saving.
- The main entrances to the Kite are along the main fuselage, behind where the wings meet the body. They may take a second to find the first time. There are guidelights beside the door.
- The antennae is located on the ventral side of the ship, on the tail.
- Landing gear can be added as needed to the Kite, although it does not come with them naturally.
- The main body is pressurized and has a oxygen generator near a medical room, right behind the bridge.
