Are you any closer fixing the reflectivity issue? I really like your house assets, they are exactly what I have been waiting for. But this garage issue is spoiling them. Perhaps you could upload the garage files somewhere so we can have a look at solving the issue?

Well here is the lod for my fire truck. All the lines are within a 1:1 square. http://i.imgur.com/8eL4nlM.png

They must not go outside of this area otherwise the game will pull random textures from other models not even related to your asset. I've had this happen to me before and I think I actually remember now having this exact same problem with one of my beginning asset when I first started learning how to make stuff for the game. I had a boat that would become 100% reflective on the lod and I think this was the problem.

Here are my suggestions... Are the UV Map lines all within the lods 1:1 map size? This can cause problems and are the textures all the same size? Not sure what else would cause the issue.

I have recreated these garages a number of times and lots of weird stuff keeps happening. The shiny lod issue was corrected (at least on my machine) but replaced with a new 'happening'. Check this image out. https://www.dropbox.com/s/koo8g3lt19sifk3/weird-happenings.jpg?dl=0 It doesn't occur on the low, and not at most angles, but when just a thin angle is seen. (And yes, I have noticed that I put the BBQ in front of the garage door). Any suggestions would be appreciated as I don't what else to try.

Unfortunately these garages still have the specular issue for me. I have unsubbed, restated the game and resubbed and they still appear as glass when zoomed out. Hope you can fix it soon, I really like your new UK houses.

If I could make another suggestion, your garages and walls look odd when placed on a slope as they appear to be hovering. Extending the model below ground level could solve this issue.
