There are four (4) Achievements that require you to make specific choices in Episode 1. Thankfully, this breaks down into only two (2) distinct choices/run throughs:

1. For the Achievements "Better Late Than Never" and "A Little Information", you need to have Joe lie to Evelyn about his involvment and whereabouts.

2. For the Achievements "Calm Waters" and "Home Is Where The Hell Is", you need to have Joe tell the truth to Evelyn during the same scene in Episode 1.

IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX
You can get Epileptic Boogaloo, Out Cold, and Here's Reggie in a single play through. Book 'Em, Tyrone will require a second run.
