Roman Empire: Redux [1.15]

NOT Ironman compatible.

This mod adds a decision to Byzantium and Italy to form the Roman Empire. It will use the same flag and ideas as the Roman Empire imported from Crusader Kings 2.

This mod is an update to the mod "Roman Empire v1.4" by DOTYK. Credit to them for the main files.

I simply took the files and edited them to work with the newest patch of EU4. I have also added a new "Roman" culture into the Latin culture group that you will change to when you form the Roman Empire. I also made the Roman Empire exempt from the "Occupation of Rome" country modifier, just like Italy is.
