fix map bug after patch 3

I've got a solution!!!!!
1- Go in you game directory \Steam\SteamApps\common\Mad Max\patch_win64
2-move out game0.tab (on desktop)
3-launch your save game (don't go in game settings or you can crash)
4-refuel your car (like old solution)
5-test your map will appear
6-save and quit
7-replace game0.tab in original direcoy
8-enjoy

After this method the map did work but some completed camps and minefields glitched. They are seen as incomplete, although they were. Also it's impossible to complete them now.
