Description
3x4 Industrial courtyard by EZ1

This is a plop-anywhere filler piece for the bare interior courts of your industrial districts. It does not need a road connection -- plop away, and orient it by holding down your right-click mouse cursor. It will appear in the parks menu, and will raise neighboring industrial happiness as well.

A big hat-tip to modders core79 for the idea, with his excellent residential Innenhof, and to Shroomblaze for his terrific industrial props.
