god that sucks. i may be an arizonan who loves saguaros, but for those 36, they're the prickliest outside the sonoran desert.

ÆK47 Yes, I hear you and that is why I update or remove my mods when out of date and can't be updated (over 300 of my mods for this game lost due to update and 36 stolen by developer).

shame... then again, im sure if any kind of anarchy mod exists, it could work, but due to 1.18 i have been getting a bit well... annoyed due to the lack of updates, but considering CS2's growing players and many of the mods being over a year old, the modders probably having either moved on to CS2 or working on other projects, its a bit of a hassle.

on a sidenote, this is my first time playing CS1 (i havent gotten CS2) since like 2021 or 22.

Sure! You and I would expect there to be a way of shutting off collisions (collisions is coding that says don't place here, something is already hear), but the game does not work that way. If anything is placed on the map, it is one the map so items will not place over another Item. If we could turn off collisions, we could place stuff like roads and buildings right on top of this mod without issues, but the game says because something exists here, nothing can be placed here...

my ADD-ridden brain cant entirely comprehend what you just said, mind explaining further?

Hello AEK47, the game does not check collisions in the normal way. only if anything is there stop placement so no collision setting or work around could be found.

odd question but... could you perhaps try and make a version of this that works where it somehow doesnt allow for collision checks with buildings and whatnot?

I do hope this meets your need my friend.
