Roman Field Fort

Description
The wall is now fully garrisonable... unless I missed a spot to smooth.

Roman field fortress. At least my impression of one. It is definitely not complete and I plan to add a lot more. The walls are garrisonable and the gates work. There is no capture point in the fort yet so it plays as a land battle. Bring siege or prepare to assault the gates. Multiplayer map. Will figure out how to add it to the campaign in the future, unless any other modders want to learn.


I am open to suggestions of course.

pack file is called Roman_Fort

It is very hard to smooth the height under the wall to the perfect point so units can go onto the walls. It is a trial and error, test and test process.

There is a mod about to be released and there will be custom maps on the campaign map. New settlements as well.

Specifically I do not know how to add the maps to the campaign.

How are people "not custom battle players" in total war? Theres a range of historical factions that can fight each other on all different maps. Maybe im just spoiled as a historian type of guy but i could play custom battles all day. Unlimited replay value in attila and rome 2 for me now with these maps. 60 dollars for a campaign only game that you get bored of in like 6 months? No thanks lol

Have you figured out how to add to campaign! This is what im looking for. A foreward operating base or combat outpost as opposed to a city. Do you know any mods like what I am looking for?

Its just a custom map. I wasnt able to put it in the campaign.
