Die "Turn the Table" Errungenschaft setzt vorraus, dass man mit einer Nation 1444 startet und eine Kolonialnation unter sich erschafft. Anschließend muss man diese entlassen, als diese Kolonialnation weiterspielen und zum Schluß seinen ehemaligen Kolonialherren vasallisieren.

Klingt einfach, ist allerdings etwas knifflig, da die ehemaligen"standard" Kolonialnationen (Portugal, Spanien, England, Frankreich) schon ziemlich mächtig sind (nicht zuletzt dadurch, dass ihr sie lange Zeit selbst spielt) und schwerlich vasallisiert werden können.

Was tun?

Man wählt eine unscheinbare Startnation aus.

Warum?

Diese Nation kann bewusst klein gehalten werden, aber ist dennoch in der Lage ebenso zu kolonisieren.

Welche Nation sollte man wählen?

Wählt eine Nation, die weit entfernt von Nachbarn ist, aber noch relativ nah an einen anderen Kontinent angrenzt, so dass ihr früh kolonisieren könnt und sich diese Kolonien auch als Überseekolonien als Kolonialnation vereinen können.

Ich habe TERNATE im Pazifischen Ozean gewählt, da dieses Land die geforderten Bedingungen leicht erfüllt.

The "Turn the Table" achievement assumes that you start with a nation in 1444, creating a colonial nation. Then you have to play as your subject and vasallize finally your former overlord.

Sounds easy, but is a little tricky because the former "standard" colonial nations (Portugal, Spain, England, France) are already quite powerful (not least because you play it) and can be difficult to vasallize.

What to do?

Chooses an inconspicuous start Nation.

Why?

This nation can be kept deliberately small, but is yet to able to colonize as well.

Which nation should you choose?

Selects a nation that is far from neighbors, but still relatively close adjacent to another continent, so that you can colonize early and these colonies can unite as a colonial nation as overseas colonies.

I have chosen TERNATE in the Pacific, because this country easily met the required conditions.

Startet das Spiel als Ternate und setzt euren Nationalen Schwerpunkt auf Administration. Euer Herrscher generiert bereits eine ordentliche Menge an Machtpunkten. Euer Ziel muss es sein möglichst schnell Tech Stufe 5 in Administration zu erreichen, damit ihr eure erste Idee "Entdeckeridee" wählen könnt.

Fingiert einen Anspruch auf Tibore. bildet eine weitere Einheit Infanterie aus und bewegt eure Armee nach Halmahera. Eure Flotte sollte bereits im Gewässer plaziert sein.



Erklärt Tibore den Krieg und annektiert es anschließend. Herzlichen Glückwunsch, ihr habt soeben alle möglichen Bedrohungen ausgeschaltet und könnt jetzt einfach die Zeit laufen lassen.

Wenn ihr wollt könnt ihr eure Schiffe und Armee auflösen um Geld zu sparen. Ich habe in meinem Beispiel beide behalten.... Wichtig ist, dass ihr keine Verluste macht (ihr werdet eurer Geld brauchen/ bzw. Darlehen)

Start the game as Ternate and puts your national focus on administration. Your ruler already generats a huge amount of power points. Your goal must be to achieve as quickly as possible tech level 5 in Administration, so that you may choose your first idea "discoverer idea" can.

Generate a claim on Tibore. Build another unit of infantry and move your army to Halmahera. Your fleet should already be placed nearby.



Declare war on Tibore and annex it. Congratulations, you have just turned off all possible threats and now you can simply let the time keep running.

You can disband your ships and army in order to save money. I have kept in my example both .... It is important that you make no losses (you will need your money / or loans)

So mittlerweile solltet ihr die "Entdeckeridee" ausgewählt haben (bei mir 1465). (Nun kann es länger dauern seid dem letzten patch).

Wechselt euren Nationalen Schwerpunkt auf Diplomatie, damit ihr schneller Punkte generiert.

Schickt euren ersten Kolonisten nach Australien. Im Asiatischen Raum zu kolonisieren würde euch nicht weiter helfen, da diese Kolonien NIE! eigenständige Kolonialnationen werden würden. Also vergesst es. Australien ist relativ schnell erreichbar und gehört als "Übersee" zum machbaren Gebiet, damit wir eine Kolonialnation erstellen können.

1482 hatte ich meine Erste Kolonie vollendet. Diese erste Kolonie kann kritisch sein, da die 2,04 Unterhalt euer Budget gandenlos übersteigen werden! Nehmt einfach genug Darlehen auf und wartet auf die Fertigstellung eurer Kolonie.

So now you should have reached (in my case 1465), the "discoverer idea". (With tech level 5 since the last patch it could be later).

Changes your National focus on diplomacy, so that you generate points faster.

Send your first settler to Australia. To colonize in Asia would help you no further, since these colonies NEVER! would be self-colonial nations. So forget it. Australia is relatively easy to reach, is called "overseas" for feasible area, so that we can create a colonial nation.

Congratulations to "Down Under" achievement, if you dont have it already.



1482 I had completed my first colony. This first colony can be critical, because it rapes your budget! Just take enough loans and wait for the completion of your colony.

Was nun folgt ist ein ständiger Wechsel zwischen Darlehen zurückzahlen und dem Gründen neuer Kolonien. Ihr könnt dies durch die Annahme von Kolonialmissionen beschleunigen, indem ihr euch Boni durch den Start einer Missionsbedingten Kolonie abholt und die Kolonie sofort wieder aufgebt. Der Buff bleibt euch trotzdem erhalten.

Euer einziger Gegner in dieser Zeit ist die Bank bzw. der drohende Bankrott.

Hier eine kurze Übersicht meiner Fortschritte:

Ich habe noch bis 1513 gewartet und die sechste Kolonie vollenden lassen. Die Kolonialnation sollte nun ein Freiheitsstreben über 50% haben.

Zur Vorbereitung solltet ihr nun folgendes tun:

• Entlasst eure Armee
  
• Schenkt eurer Kolonialnation alle Schiffe
  
• Beleidigt alle Nationen in der Nähe, damit Ternate keine Bündnisse bilden kann nachdem ihr eure Kolonie übernommen habt.
  
• Nehmt soviele Darlehen auf, damit ihr NIE! wieder Geld machen könnt und schenkt eurer Kolonialnation alles Geld. Bei mir über 800...
  
• Löst alle Bündnisse und Stastsehen, falls vorhanden.
  
• Wählt alle negativen Ereignisse aus und erreicht negative Stabilität (ist keine Muss)

Entlasst eure Kolonialnation in die Freiheit (Vergesst nicht das Häckchen bei "als Vasall weiterspielen" dran zu machen, sonst war alles umsonst)

I waited till 1513 and for the sixth colony . The colonial nation should now have a striving for freedom more than 50%.

In preparation you should now do the following:

• Disband your army
  
• Give all ships to your colonial nation
  
• Offend all nations in the area, so Ternate do not form alliances
  
• Take as many loans, so you can NEVER ! make money again and give your colonial nation all the money . For me, more than 800 ...
  
• Selects all negative events and reached negative stability (it is not a must)[/]
  
  
  Release your colonial nation to freedom ( Do not forget to "continue playing as a vassal")!

Baut 7 Transporter und einige Barken. Eure Armee sollte aus 7 Einheiten bestehen. Fügt eurer Armee euren neuen Herrscher als General hinzu und ladet die Armee auf Halmahera aus.



Erklärt nun Ternate den Krieg und besetzt es. Eure Schiffe sollten euer Übersetzten sichern, falls Ternate neue Einheiten gebaut hat, was ich mal stark bezweifel dank eurer Hilfe:)

Now declarewar on Ternate and occupie it . Your ships should back up if Ternate had build up some new units, which I dont doubt, thanks to your help :)
