Laser Range Change - 45km, 250km

Simple change to increase the range of the Small and Large Laser Antenna blocks, as the default setting feels too restrictive for a nomadic, exploratory playstyle.

The new settings are 45km max range for small, and 250km max range for large.

These settings encourage roaming further afield, but make it necessary to place large ships or stations to act as communication relays for true long-range exploration.
