I tried this addon out and not only did this show green blood on aliens, this has also been seen on characters when they're attacked or hitten by you

Great mod, canonically means the survivors are invincible to acid blood.

I know a lot of people think that removing blood in games is stupid, but it's nice to be able to play this in front of more sensitive individuals. Just because I can stand gore doesn't mean my roommate/child/SO/whoever can!
