Description
Once again, a Sim City style map where YOU make everything happen.

In response to feedback from STRANDED and UNKNOWN I've smoothed off large areas around the lakes this time to facilitate road and city creation.

Load the map in SANDBOX and leave "disable city growth" unchecked. Make some roads (with sidewalks) and watch your map come alive.

Originally this was a map of Dartmoor I made with Maps4Cim so credit to them.

Do i need a dlc for this? Cause i cant load it in Sandbox mode.
