Description
An updated version of Bonezee's original Five Nights at Freddy's boardgame

I'm also working on an original zombie survival card game verison of Project Zomboid, I welcome all feedback.

== Basic Rules:


The players choose a night guard piece to play as. You roll the dice on your turn and move accordingly. More often than not your goal is to avoid the animatronics, who also move every turn.

The Turn Order is as follows:
(1) Guard 1 (Black)
(2) Guard 2 (Dark Blue)
(3) Guard 3 (Cyan)
(4) Guard 4 (Light Blue)
(5) Bonnie (Purple)
(6) Chica (Yellow)
(7) Foxy (Dark Red)
(8) Freddy (Brown)
(9) Golden Freddy (Gold)

Each piece has a colored die to go with it.

Guards can move through other Guards, but not finish on the same tile as another Guard. If there is no open tile for the Guard to move to then he does not move. Guards can not move through Animatronics.

Animatronics can not move through other Animatronics. If two Animatronics end on the same tile, the last Animatronic to move sits on a tile next to the other Animatronic.

If an Animatronic encounters a Guard, that Guard is attacked.

**Foxy and Golden Freddy rolls are done by the GM. Bonnie, Chica and Freddy can be controlled by another player.

== Animatronic Action Descriptions:

Bonnie:
- Moves to the tile number that is rolled on her dice. If a Guard is in line of sight of Bonnie after she moves that Guard is attacked. If the attacked Guard rolls an odd number they die. If they roll an even number they live.

Chica:
- Moves the number rolled on her dice towards the nearest Guard. If Chica encounters any Guard before moving the full number that Guard is attacked and Chica's turn ends. If the attacked Guard rolls an odd number they die. If they roll an even number they live.

Freddy:
- Freddy is activated when a Guard enters/leaves his line of sight.
-- If a Guard enters Freddy's line of sight to activate him, Freddy moves to the Guard that activated him and attacks. If the attacked Guard rolls an odd they die. If they roll an even they live.
-- If the last Guard in Freddy's line of sight leaves Freddy's room he activates Freddy, On Freddy's next turn he moves toward the nearest Guard however many spaces he rolls.
**Once Freddy attacks a Guard he goes inactive until another Guard activates him by entering/leaving his line of sight. As long as a Guard stays in Freddy's line of sight after being attacked by Freddy, Freddy stays inactive.

*Foxy and Golden Freddy cannot be played by another player.

Foxy:
- When his dice rolls anything from 1-19 he does nothing, but when he rolls a 20 he charges the nearest Guard and attacks.
- If the attacked Guard rolls a 7 or an 8 they die.
-- If the nearest Guard is in the cinema they are safe.
**If the nearest Guard is blocked by another animatronic Foxy moves to the next nearest Guard. If all Guards are blocked by anamatronics Foxy rolls, an even roll inactivates Foxy, an odd roll resets all anamatronics to their starting location and the turn ends.

Golden Freddy:
- When his dice rolls anything from 1-11 he does nothing, but when he rolls a 12 he attacks the Guard furthest from him.
- If the Guard being attacked rolls a 1 on their dice they are eliminated from the game (and cannot be revived), any other number and Golden Freddy merely sits on a space next to them.

== Line of Sight Rules:

Bonnie:
- In any room other than the cafeteria, the entire room is in Bonnie's line of sight. In the cafeteria only players directly inline with or adjacent to Bonnie and not blocked by an object are in her line of sight.

Freddy:
- Any player in the same room as Freddy is in his line of sight, including the cafeteria.

== Individual NIGHT Rules:

The First Night: (1-6 Players)
Foxy and Freddy aren't allowed to move.
If the guards survive 10 full turns (a full turn is having every guard/animatronic moved once) they win.

The Second Night: (1-6 Players)
Foxy is allowed to move, Freddy isn't.
If the guards survive 10 full turns they win.

The Third Night: (1-6 Players)
Bonnie rolls twice.
Chica's rolls are doubled.
Foxy is allowed to move, Freddy isn't.
If the guards survive 10 full turns they win.

The Fourth Night: (1-7 Players)
All animatronics are allowed to move.
Bonnie rolls twice.
Chica's rolls aren't doubled.
If ONE player enters the Medical Office, a dead player can be revived and moved to default location. (Only usable once)
If the guards survive 10 full turns they win.

The Fifth Night: (1-7 Players)
All animatronics are allowed to move.
Bonnie rolls twice.
Chica, and Freddy's rolls are doubled.
Foxy can be triggered when he rolls 10 or 20.
If TWO player enters the Medical Office, a dead player can be revived and moved to default location. (Only usable once)
If the guards survive 10 full turns they win.

The Sixth Night: (1-7 Players)
All animtronics are allowed to move.
Bonnie rolls twice.
Chica, and Freddy's rolls are doubled.
Foxy can be triggered when he rolls 10, 15, or 20.
Golden Freddy can be triggered when he rolls 6 or 12.
If TWO player enters the Medical Office, a dead player can be revived and moved to default location. (Only usable once)
If the guards survive 10 full turns they win.

One Final Night: (1-7 Players)
All animatronics are allowed to move.
Bonnie rolls twice.
Chica, and Freddy's rolls are doubled.
Foxy can be triggered when he rolls 5, 10, 15, or 20.
Golden Freddy can be triggered when he rolls 3, 6, 9, or 12.
If THREE player enters the Medical Office, a dead player can be revived and moved to default location. (Only usable once)
If the guards survive 10 full turns they win.

Freddy moves to and attacks whoever enters the room first. He then becomes inactive until that person, or any other person leaves the room, so pretty much once the guards are all out of the room he becomes active the next time someone comes back in, but if ateast 1 person stays in the room with him, he is inactive after the initial attack.

Foxy stays where he ends up after attacking.

Bonnie works off of line of sight, if there are no objects in the way then the guard is in line of sight.

I hope that helps, I haven't played in quite some time so i'm not sure if the rules still work or if they need to be changed, you can feel free to change them at the beginning of the game though if you want.

I'm wondering about how the anamatronic move about.

Does Freddy instantly attack whoever first enters the Cafeteria?
He moves to them right?
And just ends up on the closest tile next to them if they survive?
Does everyone get attacked as they enter, or is he still inactive from the first encounter then?

Foxy stays where he ends up after an attack right?
Should Bonnie move to the person they attack?
Is his line of sight pretty much the cardinal directions?
