Enhanced MetroCop Playermodel

Description
An improved version of the default MetroCop Playermodel with additional color-able pieces.

-Desaturated Chest Piece, Leggings, Boots, etc.

-Colorization added to Eyes, Gloves, Legs, The small devices on the waist, The C17 Text on the back of the neck, and the lights on the back of the helmet.

Yes, this does effect the Barney Playermodel.
