Hard Rain Widescreen Poster Fix

Have you ever noticed that the bottom two lines of pixels on Hard Rain's widescreen poster are brighter than the rest of the image? No? Well maybe now you will. Or maybe you won't, if you subscribe to this add-on.

This poster has been bugging me since I first played the game. I always thought it was a glitch on my end. Nope, someone at Valve just screwed up. After complaining about it to countless people who thought I was out of my mind, I finally decided to do something about it.

Note: when taking the screenshots above, I removed the footer to make this add-on's changes more noticeable. The brighter bottom line is still apparent with the footer, just a bit less. If a fix for this already exists on the Workshop, or if anyone else wants to make a better version, feel free to post it in the comments.
