New Venetian Mission Tree
I have created 70 new missions for Venice and adjusted some of the original 48 missions made by PDS. Over a hundred missions will guide you to resist Ottoman expansion, explore new sea routes, get entangled in Italian disputes, develop trade, reform the navy, navigate the Reformation, establish trade companies in Africa and India, and become an economic hegemon.

Unique Government & Parliamentary Systems
1. Checks and Balances Mechanism: Reworked the Council of Ten government interactions, requiring you to maintain a delicate balance of power between the Doge, the Council of Ten, and the Great Council. Your ability to declare war needs parliamentary support, and different power configurations yield vastly different national modifiers.
2. Venetian Great Council: Restricted by the noble privilege 'Golden Book,' the Venetian Great Council has only one estate, making convening debates more efficient. I have also created several powerful, exclusive decrees for Venice.

Enhanced Navy & Trade Empire
1. Naval Professionalism Mechanism: Utilizing unused DDS GFX assets, I created a government interaction for a 'Naval Professionalism Mechanism' with three branches: 'Logistics Management,' 'Fleet Armament,' and 'Marine Corps Expansion' – even allowing you to acquire Marine Artillery.
2. Stato da Mar & Venetian League: These are two new subject types. You can establish special 'Stato da Mar' subjects to manage overseas territories or form a 'Venetian League' to transform trade league members into closer partners.
3. Five Chartered Trade Companies: Establish charter company subjects like the Abyssinian, Swahili, and Oriential Companies in the Red Sea, East Africa, India, the Spice Islands, and West Africa, each with unique and powerful ideas.

Rich Historical Events
This mod adds 80+ Venetian flavor events, along with 2 Disasters and their related event chains.
