Two little observations :
- it seems that you don’t need to get the artefacts in one playthrough, so if you miss one or backtrack to force the spawn of one you’re missing MIGHT work
- you have to make the technicians at least repair something in your inventory to count as an interaction, the Freedom tech didn’t register in my save despite multiple conversations and giving him his flash drives, I had to make repair a gun and achievement popped
