Hi!
If you use the mat_fullbright 10 command, you will see the colour blue (screenshots №4, 5).
I think this is not a bug. The reflections on the surface of the screen are present, and the screen itself is made of glass. I think that the glass material in Source2 engine is configured by a special shader.
To make the glass lighter (PBR correct) is not difficult (write me). But PBR version of the keychain on brightly maps showed itself not very well.
