The Scout Movement (Scouting) is a worldwide voluntary military-political[1][2] educational youth movement. Membership in Scout organizations is open to all without distinction of sex, origin, race or creed in accordance with the purpose, principles and method of the founder of the movement, Robert Baden-Powell.
