All Events and political paths-renamed is put on hold until the visual foundation (portraits/flags) is complete.

🛠️ Mod Scope and Intent:
This mod focuses only on visual and atmospheric changes for now. That includes:

Custom anime-style portraits

Unique flags

Country names, faction names, and leader name changes

Event portraits (eventually)

I am not currently creating detailed event paths. These may come in the future, but they are not part of the current scope.

Step into a reimagined world of grand strategy with Warlords!, a passion project by a solo creator. This alternate-history experience brings unique, anime-themed leaders and national identities to life across a stylized version of the 1930s.

The world of Warlords! is expanding. While the current focus is on portraits and visual presentation, the foundation is being laid for future additions like new country path (leaders), lore (custom names and description), and events. Expect more names, flags, and anime leaders.

Originally, this was a small project between me and a friend, not intended for wider public use. I didn’t expect it to gain attention, and while I’m grateful for the interest, I can only do so much at once.

My friends and I only used what was originally in the mod, and now I'm working hard to implement what’s being requested—starting with portraits and flags. I am not misleading anyone; the mod is a work-in-progress, and content will continue to grow over time.

If you were expecting a full alt-history overhaul with game-play features then you will be disappointed as this is graphics only, I ask for your understanding—or your patience. If it's not for you, that’s okay too.
