Description
In the vanilla, barracks and fleets could only be built in your own country. Later on, if you weren't going for a warmongering strategy, you'd end up with a bunch of vassals, but they were usually too weak to be our invincible FRIEND.
Now, you can! You can help your vassals build troops!
and build Construction Sector too

Introduction
  • Click on any country that's your vassal from map, then select the "Diplomacy" tab from the four at the top.

  • Clicking the "+" button,the construction department, barracks, and fleet will directly create 10 units of buildings, but they may not be able to recruit all the people, so the quantity on the UI may change very slowly; Clicking the "-" button allows you to reduce the troops

  • AI banned, only for players to use

Compatibility
Not compatible with mods that modify the [country_diplomacy_panel] file. But as far as I know, almost no mods modify this file.

Language
No localization, so it supports all languages.

  • Some code was inspired by the New Victoria Government Mod. I've actually had this idea for a long time but didn't know how to implement it easily. Their mod gave me inspiration and motivation, so big thanks to them!

The construction department, barracks, and fleet will directly create 10 units of buildings and no longer enter the construction queue. However, they may not be able to recruit all the people, so the number on the UI may change very slowly.

更新:
建造部门、兵营和舰队会【直接创建】10单位的建筑,不再进入建造队列。不过他们不一定能招满人,所以在ui上的数量可能改变十分缓慢。

it has a well something about " failed parsdeing metadata" or something in the mod list(complete with the small explanation icon by its name) will it still work?

The main problem is that the AI automatically demolishes buildings, and I don't know how to code AI strategies to prevent this.
