Description
1900 start date for Victoria 3 intended for multiplayer games and balanced so that everyone has an equal chance

0.2 Changes:
You can now invite anyone to your powerbloc without needing leverage.

This is a great idea, but the leaders are the ones from 1836, and the techs are also the ones from then.

@EMKP We'll definitely take more sources into consideration when re-tweaking the map, but of course you can always make your own version. It is just history, which no one really has a "claim" to

Hey EMKP, this mod was made very quickly for an MP campaign, once this campaign has finished the map will be fixed up, more balance will be done, and flavor will be added in.

Map innacuracies here, and everyone has no starting tech. I might make my own version to fix the former.
