Description
This is another road made with Road Builder to add to the pile. Some points to note:

My intent is to use this road without being subscribed to Adaptive Networks, because whenever I am subscribed to that mod bad things happen. This road therefore lacks some features, including:
- There are no tram tracks or wires. These are intended to be added with Intersection Marking Tool using the Tramrails for IMT asset in the required items list.
- There are minimal road markings. Add these, and the central pedestrian island, with Intersection Marking Tool.
- The bridge and elevated versions have no edge barrier or handrail.

By default there is no zoning on this road (as there are no car lanes).

Has not been thoroughly tested; hope everything works.
