I played it and personally I like it, the design like the floor sprites I love, I like the open places in the levels because you have more space to dodge bullets or to move, I also love the sprite of the gang members, I always like to see the hooded gangsters.
Keep it up dude
There was typically only one alternate path (if you are lucky) per floor, doors were locked to prevent extra ways of interacting with the level... Level is a straightline... No cool themeing or gimmick to keep you engaged.
Overall, bad. Not an improvement from Tiger Maid Service in the slightest, if anything this is significantly worse.
