Miscellaneous FFR Tweaks

Made in the same vein as 2.5 Bobux's misc tweaks for other mods on steam, I decided to make my own little pack for FFR.

Currently this pack contains:
- More accurate Crossbow and OICW hud icons (including kill icons)
- Better first-person Crossbow Model
- Uncompressed sounds for the CS:S weapons

This will be updated if I find any more small details I want to add/fix up.
