This is probably one of your first mods, so I'll let you in on a good guide rule to follow: no move should be faster than 4 frames or lower. Hell, you can get spicy and add a 3-framer for a unique option, but nothing 2 or 1 frames fast, as it beats grab, and an attack that beats grab at close-range breaks the holy rps cycle in close-ranges.
