MaxRavenclaw's 2025 Vanilla FOTS Unit Stats Fixes (Reload animations and times)

Description
2025 version of this old thing: https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1217981514
Remade from scratch, this time with a proper change notes.

Alternative version that gives the US Marines Spencers instead of messing with their stats here: https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3410347181

Imperial, Shogunate, and Republican Line Infantry
Gave these three proper breech-loading animations. They all use Sniders, but their man_animations_table was set to a muzzle-loading animation, which limited their minimum reload time. They did get the correct default_missile_type value which means their base reload time was fairly quick, to the point where reload skill didn't really matter for these units. Now they no longer fiddle with the muzzles of their breech-loading rifles in combat.
Also fixed ammo count for Shogunate Line Infantry to 15 from 20. Boshin_Inf_Line_Shogunate_Infantry for some reason had 20 ammo, while the Republican and Imperial Line Infantry only had 15. Otherwise these three appear to be identical.

Kihetai
Gave Kihetai proper breech-loading animations. They use Sniders, but their default_missile_type was set to a value normally assigned to muzzle-loading rifles, which meant they had a very long base reload time. They did get the correct man_animations_table value which means they technically did use breech-loading animations, except they took their sweet time until their reload skill got super high. Now they don't fiddle with their breeches as much. This means they're probably super OP right now for the price.

United States Marines
Gave US Marines muzzle-loading animation (slows down their rate of fire). This is because, for some reason, the models use the same Enfield Pattern 1861 Musketoon Minnie-style muzzle-loading rifle that all muzzle-loading rifle equipped troops use, instead of one of the breech-loading rifles like the Snider or Chassepot. To somewhat compensate their decreased performance I've increased their accuracy and reload skills to 80 from 65 and 75 from 60. Previously they had the lowest skills here compared to the other Foreign Marines, compensating only with slightly better melee attack and defence (which they have kept in this mod). So basically right now they have the best stats of all the Foreign Marines, but the worst equipment.

Doesn't work with the bayonet mod because they both edit unit stats land table entries.

works with the bayonet mod?

Yeah, I opened up the old one, didn't recognize some of the changes, couldn't remember wth I was thinking at the time, so I decided to just do it again from scratch. There aren't many modifications so it wasn't that hard.

In the Spencer mod I just gave them the Spencer weapon model, but not the repeating rifle animation the Tosa Riflemen use. IN the Spencer mod they're literally the same unit as their vanilla counterpart except for that model. IMHO that's the definitive edition of the mod as it doesn't mess with the balance one bit.

because in your current us marine spencer mod, you essentially gave the us marines the spencer skin and reload animation, but with the same stats they had when they were using the musket, am i right?

or am i missing something here?
Khazukan Kazakit-ha! 28 Feb @ 5:14am
yeah @Rockette Morton, can't you just give the us marines the spencer stats from the carbine cavalry?
they can be unmounted and then essentially be infantry, right?
