Unlike the other residents of Halloween Town, who are innocent, good creatures whose job it is to scare, Oogie Boogie is the only resident of Halloween Town who is truly evil. Oogie Boogie's most dominant emotion of his personality is obviously fear. Whether it's scaring the daylights out of others, or being terrified himself, Oogie is always involved with fear.

Yeah, it's really weird. Must be something that's causing conflicts.

thats weird. this doesnt modify any texture. It's just a sound replacement.

For some reason, this conflicts with texture mods for certain weapons (grenade launcher and chainsaw) and "Hard Rain's Population Restored"

Admittedly feels weird that the Boomette's voicelines were left unchanged
