Force Convar

This addon make available to force set convar's (which created with lua) value for all players, and make it uneditable.
Why you maybe need this? Just for some local roleplay projects which playing on fricking sandbox kekw.

• fc_cl_getallcvars - Get all forced cvar values
  
• fc_sv_addforcecvar CVAR VALUE - Force convar's value
  
• fc_sv_removeforcecvar CVAR - Unforce convar's value
  
• fc_sv_removeallcvars - Unforce all convars
  
• fc_sv_getallpresets - Print all saved presets
  
• fc_sv_savepreset PRESET_NAME - Create preset of all forced convars
  
• fc_sv_loadpreset PRESET_NAME - Load saved preset with forced convars
  
• fc_sv_removepreset PRESET_NAME - Remove saved preset of forced convars
  
• (EXPERIMENTAL) fc_sv_debug_convertdbtocfg - Create LUA which will autoload forced convars (its not overwriting your forced convars, it will just force convars which in LUA)

Also addon includes database, which will save your forced convars after rejoining in game.
And for some reason this addon doesnt work with ARC9 convars (or not, im not sure), im sorry about it.
