Description
Big. Mean. Slick.

This is Dark Interval's "XM31 Combine O.I.C.W.". Inspired by the early AR2 of Half-Life 2's in-dev/beta development stages, which would later be discarded and replaced by the I-Rifle circa 2003-2004. Based on the 1999 "XM29 Objective Individual Combat Weapon" developed by Alliant Techsystems, with Heckler & Koch.

Disclaimer:

Using any other modification that overrides the game_sounds_weapons script will cause conflicts.

If experiencing issues, be sure to put the workshop_dir.vpk found in your steamapps\workshop\content\220\3401536065 into your \steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\hl2\custom.

Recoil anim is a bit jank, seems to pause on the second/third shot fired when held down then continue normally. But if you spamclick it like a semi auto rifle (WHICH YOU SHOULD BE DOING, STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT LOW AMMO) then it works marvelously.

@Dr.Bruh you do know that you probably have several conflictions mods enabled on top of this one, right? Try disabling any kind of mods that changes the AR2.
Also no, those issues are not intentional, and they do not happen on my end or anyone elses'. Be sure to check your other subscribed mods for any conflicts.
