Escape From Typhoon [Scenario]

Description

Your ship has crashed...

While attempting to refuel on this water world, a planetary defense laser targeted and shot down your ship. As long as the laser is online, escape from the planet is impossible. The only way to get off this rock is to destroy the planetary defense laser!

From the wreckage of your crashed ship, your mission is to rise from the ashes and take the fight to the faction who shot down your ship. Whether you choose to sail south to take on the less defended ore outposts first, or go directly for the heavily fortified planetary laser and its surrounding structures, you've got a fight ahead of you.

Destroy the laser and Escape from Typhoon.

Instructions:
1) Subscribe to this mod!
2) Load up Space Engineers and click "New Game"
3) Select "Community Content" tab at the top of the screen
4) Navigate to "Escape From Typhoon" scenario
5) Click Start Game!
6) Once the world loads, join the Player faction (PLA)
6) Spawn at the SPAWN HERE survival kit to begin your journey :)

How do we take over enemy craft in this scenario? I'm on a ship grinding everything in sight but it's not working. It doesn't look like it does in the video, episode 4.

Good map but beside the first datapad there are no other one giving you some lead... So I guessed you had just to destroy the big gun to end up the scenario... which was relatevely easy you just have to build a small armed flying ship... keep low pass through the enemy harbor and mining facility to behind the main gun island. They will try to shoot missile at you but wont hit you are too low. And fatling dont have the depression enough to aim at you... Then just aim for top of the big gun and kaboum... you will blast it down.

Nevertheless I think the scenario was though for you to stay on the sea with boat type craft go by land and ground assault the different spot.... more an FPS type vision than space engineer one to my mind.

There I First quickly created a defense tower.

Then build up a scrapper APC to help me tear down the wreck faster.

Now all is clean and I took my time building an habitat.

Flee. like say the datapad ? No way I just started to build defence and will keep that tiny island while scrapping the old ship. screen coming later
