Description
This mod makes Finland available at the 1444 start with all it's cores. It removes all other cores from finnish provinces and changes cultures and religeons in appropriate areas. Base tax has been raised.

I have changed the province and city names to modern Finnish. If any of these seam incorrect then please let me know below in the comments.

That's most likely because this mod is very old now, and after many updates of EU4 I have not updated this, which means there will likely be broken parts of the mod.

I have a issue with the provence names for example one is named PROV4113 instead of something normal

Could you possible do a 1444 Germany mod or is that just too many provinces? I understand if it is.
