a chopped down and dev textured version of rp_downtown_v2 for hvh


this took me 26 minutes of back-breaking effort to conjure...

the map's .vmf is located within the addon's maps/thumb folder labeled as hvh_downtownvmf.png, simply rename it to hvh_downtown.vmf for the source file.

this map was compiled in both LDR & HDR and has CS:S spawnpoints along with func_buyzones in-case the gamemode needs them.
