USS Ozymandias

Description
The USS Ozymandias is a tier 1 submarine that comes equipped with 2 coilguns, and 4 (1 Large + 4 Normal) additional hard-points for upgrade, for those looking a tough start. It is slightly smaller than a vanilla submarine, but has much more compactly used space, due to resizing of various parts. It also comes with an exploration/combat shuttle with 4 additional hard-points, with a bottom mounted large hard-point connected to both the ship's gunnery room as well as the shuttle, allowing use of the gun from inside the gunnery compartment when docked.

Front hardpoint can be fired from the helm as well for ease of small crew use.

It comes with excessively large storage, with each "Locker" having 4 cabinets, 1 in each corner, allowing tidier organization. Lockers in engineering and med bay are labelled 1-3 as well for this purpose. Light switches turn on/off the lights in all rooms that aren't lit in the second preview image (except for ballasts). Dive lockers and oxygen tank shelves auto refill, with a switch in engineering to turn it on and off.

Has a crew quarters with individual role secure cabinets, along with a captain's quarters with a personal storage area. Armory doors are only accessible to captain and security.

Room above ballasts is for kitchen and plant nursery.


Helm text displays are linked to circuit box above helm, look in sub editor if you wish to add more displays, and use the appropriate signal output to link it to another text display.

DEPENDENCIES: Has Neurotrauma medical items in one of the med bay containers, as well as Hungry Europan cooking equipment and food storage items in nursery. SHOULD work fine even if not installed. Hungry Europans must be enabled in game by activating a pill, even if active, so it can be used for the aesthetic purpose of having a kitchen as well.
