Better Guns and Melee weapons for B42

Description
Two mods to improve B42 weapons. This is a remake of my old mod of the same name, the old one was dependent on Item Tweaker API which is not compatible with B42, so I decided to remake the mod from scratch by just replacing and editing core game code files.

Better Weapons mod makes melee weapons have more varied statuses of things that have been bothering me A LOT since B41, but the devs are not willing to look at.
- Club Hammer is no longer just a lazy controlpaste of Claw Hammer, now it is the heaviest and most powerful Short Blunt weapon, it can also easily destroy doors now.
- Meat Cleavers are no longer made of glass. You know, these things were MADE for cutting through bones and flesh.
- Scalpels are extremely sharp, they can do a lot of damage, but they still break easily.
- All knives have now their minimum attack range reduced by half, making them viable to be used in thigh spaces, you know, just like knives in real life.
- Crowbar weight increased, because they did nothing to make it stop being OP.
- Sledgehammer now absolutely destroys everything, and is a viable ultimate weapon for long blunt, if you have the stamina for using it.


The Better Guns mod doubles the hit chance and range of all guns. Now you can actually use them for something other than just attracting a horde and getting yourself killed! Guns in this game are already difficulty enough to use with the whole moodles and loud sounds attracting hordes thing, there is no reason to make their stats awful, specially when the leveling up process is just insanely slow, and the game doesn't offers any way to practice aiming efficiently.
Shotguns and heavy pistols are now much more efficient at destroying doors too.
Also weapons have now a bigger and cooler muzzle flash. (it really annoys me how the vanilla pistols, revolvers and shotguns makes star-shaped muzzle flashes despite clearly having no muzzle brakes)

Notes:
- It's HIGHLY recommended to use this mod along with Real Full Auto (it makes the M16 a real delight to use) and Braven's Common Sense (Specially after the Crowbar weight increase).
- Due to the simplified weapon stats update process, this mod is no longer compatible with other weapon mods. You can try to load this along with Firearms, but its not guaranteed to work.

Loaded up PZ tonight on B42.2.4 and all games (new and saves) fail when Better Melee mod is enabled. To further test, I started a new game with no other mods installed save for this one and the game failed to load.


Here is a possibly relevant snippet from the console.

java.lang.Exception: Tag has no items: CrudeSaw. line: item 1 tags[ChopTree;Saw;CrudeSaw] mode:keep flags[MayDegradeLight;IsNotDull;Prop1] at InputScript.OnPostWorldDictionaryInit(InputScript.java:711).

The mod removes the the hit chance per level (its 100% at level 1) but preserves the critical chances, and doubles the range gains. So at Lvl 1 you are pretty much guaranteed to land shots but rarely these will be criticals, at Lvl. 10 aiming you will be firing twice the possible range, and scoring almost guaranteed one shot kills.

@Mark IV - Given that this mod effectively makes lvl 1 aiming works as if at higher levels (chance to hit portion), I am curious at to what this mod does for aiming at max level Oo
