Description

Ethic point override for AOI resets both civic and ethic points to 3 on empire start.

Only an ethic and civic Overwrite should work on any version.

Yeah, can't use central intelligence, requires 8 still when using this mod.

The 3 point ethics disables the player from making any central intelligence of any kind, since the requirement imposed by age of indomitus is 8
