Used some Portal 2 files as well to fix up the eye especially (his eye is the proper color now, ignore the screenshots where there is no coloring)

Yes I'm aware of the issues with the leg but it would make sense that a limping robot has a twisted/busted leg... and also since I am bad at this whole porting thing, Eli's attachments are not working properly so things like the pipe he wields in EP2 and the device he hands the vortigaunt in Black Mesa East are not attached properly.
