With private security skulking around every corner of the Noel IV colony, things started to cool down, outsiders began moving into orbit to profit off of supplying private security, a few of those outsiders decided to profit from maintaining the Seasmokes; and they utilised these, Welding Posts, nicknamed "Smith" for their analogue and hands on nature not too unlike an old timey Blacksmith, these Welding posts became an integral part of the Private Security presence on the planet maintaining damaged scouts and even producing entirely new ships from scratch, but maintenance wasn't the only important part of keeping the peace...
