inspired Hillmer's Working Valve Mod that unfortunately has various limitations which this mod tries to solve.

Basic : The normal valve where you can customize from valve turn speed to turn count limit to turn angle limit...

With Limiter : The basic valve with an extra component to stop it from turning when turning forward after the turn count limit is reached. (The min and max must be set manually)

The valve turn count only increases or decrements after a full turn is completed; no more, no less.

The circuit is easily modifiable and the various components are commented: It has a settable turn count limit, turn speed and angle limit.
The valve can be customized by changing colours or even substituted with a bit of fiddling.
It can be easily modified and integrated in your sub. Various examples are provided with a custom sub that showcases how its uses.
