Description
I replaced all buffs on recruitment, and convert them all to overmap buffs, so the old troops can also have buffs after you build new training ground.
The highest level of meele training ground will give *percentage* buffs(equals to the level of the building ,3% mostly) on attack skill, defence skill, attack damage, armour value, movement speed, charge bonus.
The highest level of range training ground will give *percentage* on damage, range(:D), ammunition, fire rate.

Moreover I add a corruption degrade on libraries of each faction(:D).

why should old troops get the buff of a newer building when the new building did not train the old units??? how should this work if the trained unit is on the other side of the map???

re-train should work, like in rtw or mtw2... but teleporter training?!
