@Playnator3000, it's a Marvel Comics reference created by the EU4 to Vic3 converter. Savage Land is the last place where Dinosaurs live on Earth in Marvel Comics. Those Dragons are actually Dinosaurs.

i wonder, with the tech tree, how would you work it to fit the 50 year marks of the institutions? will it be some titanic sized tech tree?

@Koufor, I'm going to assume you're talking about the Institution techs I have added, it's not normal, but it's intended. I have added EU4's Institutions as techs, and made it so that several nations will spread it around by virtue of having the tech unlocked, which is consistent with how Institutions worked in EU4. In the future I'll fix this by reworking the tech tree, but it'll stay like this for now.

Hi! Thank you very much for the mod. I have a question about the fact that Byzantium has some technologies at the start that need to be explored, and such technology is followed by those that have already been studied. Is this normal?
