Description

Adds a new portrait set, the Sontarans, from BBC's Doctor Who. I have attempted to cover both Classic and NuWho Sontarans. All portraits are animated!

Features:

Classic Who Sontarans, NuWho Sontarans and Flux Sontarans
Each come in helmeted and helmetless versions
Each portrait has unique greetings
Sontar-ha!

Also includes preset empires with new name lists and a couple of flags.

Hi Wise, I've implemented your Sontaran portraits in Whoniverse Galaxy Mod. They look great! Can't wait to develop them as one of the main factions in the mod.
