Mod originally made for Synergy by λNTICITIZEN_1; I just ripped it and put it in the Half Life 2 workshop

I advise starting Episode 2 with the mod disabled (right click Half-Life 2 -> Properties -> Workshop -> untick the box next to the mod) saving once you obtain the gnome, then enabling the mod and reloading the game. There is an issue where the model seemingly falls through the map if it loads into its spawn position while the mod is enabled.
