There's a bug on the trade centre UI. You can't see the flags of the importers and exporters of the good, so you don't know who is dependent on your economy. At the moment, it is just blank.
It seems like you're stuck paying the money for 75ish years and it can stack with additional attacks. By 1960 I was paying around 20k a week for dragon attacks.
I noticed something similar when I was playing with other mods so I think it's possible Paradox changed the formula or something like that, unless it's an issue with the community mod framework.
There are a lot of plans. The next update will add bears to north america.
I also really like how it works with Morgenrote and Gates of the Bosphorus, I thought restoring Byzantium was fun as is, how naive I was now that I can do that while cultivating a nation of vampires with state of the art hospitals alongside other technical marvels.
