Hydrofoil Destroyer for the Sewowal Republic of the Plutonoe Campaign
The Hydrofoil spots are looking very empty, so i made something for that.
Can hold its own pretty well against most neter craft its size or smaller. (SS, LH, WF ships tested)

I hope it's not too big, i do not know if the Hydrofoil slots are size limited.
