Makes some adjustments to the way item randomization & generation work:

Stops the double elemental damage enchantments from appearing on physical weapons

The pick weight for physical damage on physical weapons has been increased from 10 to 50

Elemental Resistance enchantments have been increased from 2/4/6 to 2/5/7. The pick weight for these enchantments have been increased from 0 to 1. (Elemental resistance will literally not appear on random items right now in vanilla)

The Status Resistance enchantment has been increased from 1/2/3 to 1/3/4
