Monk starts with Harmony

WHAT DOES THIS DO?
Adds Harmony as a base skill for the Monk class so all Monks have it available from the start. Harmonic/Dissonant Fist Monks still get the +1 bonus for it.

BUT WHY?
Monk's identity relies heavily on Martial Arts, but Martial Arts is unique in that it needs Stances from the Harmony skill to unlock its true potential. Without Stances, Martial Arts actions are lackluster and thematically redundant - it's basically a worse Unarmed, which Monk already has as baseline.

Because of this, it makes no sense for a Monk to not have Harmony if it also has Martial Arts. Harmonic and Dissonant Fist therefore are the only subclasses that make sense to start with because otherwise your character is missing a core part of its skillset until you pay 60PP for a perk that adds the skill, as Harmony cannot be added through trainers even with the relevant DLC.

COMPATIBILITY
Only modifies the Monk class. Should be compatible with anything that doesn't do the same thing.
