This is actually from the 2023 repo leak, back then when Half-Life 2 EP3 was being made, Barney was going to return to the game and they were gonna recast him with Kevin James because of his stunning performance as Paul Blart Mall Cop, but he was too busy making the movie Pixels and so thats one of the main reasons why EP3 got cancelled (All sourced from the HL2 20th Anniversary Documentary)
