Rebel Hands Replacement(GMod one)

Description
Replaces the H.E.V hands with the rebel hands from GMod, addon from Gamebanana.(THIS ADDON IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ADDONS THAT CHANGES THE WEAPON ANIMATIONS.) And also, don't get confused with the other rebel hands, this one is the GMod one.
