I honestly don't get where everyone is having problems passing laws, to me it was very easy just annoying to do. Easiest way to curry favors for me was to build up infrastructure, which was the quickest way to gain a favor/influence point. I also see that a dev is saying that they do plan to reintegrate the old alt history options back in at some point but are focusing on other nations before doing so, to which I'm uncertain as to why they couldn't have done it now? May be just my ignorance to modding but it would be much appreciated to know if true or not and why that is so.
